Licensing & Insurance

Quantum Thunder Electric is a licensed and insured California electrical contractor (C-10 License #1121570) serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. All electrical work is performed in accordance with applicable licensing requirements, electrical codes, and local regulations.

Warranties

Certain services performed by Quantum Thunder Electric may include a workmanship warranty as specified in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Additional work, materials, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions may result in additional charges.
  • Estimates are based on the scope of work and information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if previously unknown site conditions, material requirements, permit requirements, or other project-related circumstances are discovered. Any material changes will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.
  • Any changes to the scope of work may require a revised estimate.

We will communicate significant changes whenever possible before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling & Appointments

We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. However, delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, weather conditions, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request advance notice whenever possible.

Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and electrical system.
  • Ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners, landlords, or homeowners associations when required.
  • Notify us of known hazards, safety concerns, or existing electrical issues.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect project timelines, pricing, or service availability.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or delay services for unpaid balances. Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final payment requirements, when applicable, will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Quantum Thunder Electric reserves the right to suspend or postpone work when payments required under an applicable agreement remain outstanding, subject to applicable law.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Permits & Inspections

Certain electrical projects may require permits, inspections, utility coordination, or approvals from local authorities or other third parties. When included within the agreed scope of work, Quantum Thunder Electric will assist with applicable permitting, inspection, and coordination requirements.

Permit, inspection, utility, and approval timelines are controlled by third parties and may affect project schedules. Quantum Thunder Electric is not responsible for delays caused by permitting authorities, inspection agencies, utility providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Quantum Thunder Electric or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Existing Conditions & Unforeseen Work

Electrical work may reveal existing or concealed conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began. Additional repairs, upgrades, materials, or code-related work may be required. Any material change to the scope of work will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Thunder Electric is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control, including concealed or pre-existing electrical conditions, utility requirements, permitting or inspection delays, manufacturer defects, or customer-provided equipment.

Quantum Thunder Electric remains responsible for services performed within the agreed scope of work and in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Quantum Thunder Electric may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revised Terms will become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
